Dan is a member of the firm's Auditing and Accounting department and their Tax-exempt Organization Practice Group. In addition to performing audits, reviews and compilations for the firm he also performs small business advisory services and tax planning. Over his twenty-five years in public accounting he has assisted numerous types of clients, including manufacturing, construction, tax-exempts, and service corporations.

Mr. Gibel is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a B.A. in accounting from Walsh University in Canton, Ohio.

Arthur P. Ward,CPA,MT is the Tax Director at Card, Palmer, Sibbison & Co. He has over 20 years of experience specializing in tax consulting and compliance. Art's philosophy is to be proactive with his clients and guide them through the complexities of the tax code. He serves as a trusted business advisor to his clients, who consult him regularly as a source of creative tax-saving strategies, research, and general business counsel. Art is a leader, serving as trustee and officer for various organizations, in the business community and his local community of Walton Hills. Art received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University. He also holds a Master's in Taxation from the University of Akron.

Katie focuses her practice on providing small businesses with assurance and attestation, tax planning, and consulting services to assist in meeting their goals.  Katie works with a diverse client base, including manufacturing, construction, and personal service corporations.  She also has extensive experience with not-for-profit entities and employee benefit plans.

Iuliana is a member of the firm’s auditing and accounting department and focuses on providing assurance and attest services to clients in the manufacturing industry, not-for-profit entities, and employee benefit plans. Iuliana is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Iuliana received a Bachelor and Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Akron.

Chris is a member of the firm’s auditing and accounting and tax departments. He specializes in tax compliance and the performance of audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse client base. Additionally, he has extensive experience with audits for governmentally assisted housing projects. Chris received both a B.B.A and M.B.A. from Cleveland State University.

Jim is a member of the firm's auditing and accounting department and provides assurance and attest services to a diverse client base which includes manufacturing, construction, and personal service corporations, not-for-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans. Jim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jim received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University.
